Duties and Responsibilities…
Oversee our main b2b company Brochure websites and assist with the b2b ecommerce strategy. The successful candidate will be the lead person in a current 3-person team (overseeing 2 juniors, no management required)
Stratergy Development…
- Keep the website content up to date
- Update relevant social media channels
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and other team members to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
- Content planning and creation, ensuring content aligns with branding and messaging
- Collaborate with SEO specialists for site optimization
Community Management…
- Monitor social media engagement for opportunities.
- Promote community growth and engagement
Analytics and Reporting…
- Analyse website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend strategies for improvement based on data insights.
Requirements…
- Self-driven and highly motivated
- Prior experience of working with external website development agencies
- Experience with tools such as WordPress and Google Analytics
- Proven track record in managing a B2B company websites
- Strong e-commerce and B2B marketing experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
