E-Liquid Manufacturing...
From our facility in Manchester, VN Labs manufacture, package and distribute hundreds of thousands of bottles of high-quality e-liquids every single day. When our first Trafford Park facility in Manchester was completed in December 2012, we knew that we had to ensure the highest level of quality. To do this, we use the highest quality pharmaceutical grade ingredients, adapt recipes to our customers’ tastes, and meet even the most stringent government compliance regulations. We are able to be reactive to customer and consumer demands in an ever-evolving market. VN Labs e-liquid manufacturing includes Supreme own brands KiK & 88Vape alongside a growing global private label business. Our e-liquid brand 88vape is sold nationwide in high street retailers such as ASDA, Poundland and B&M, making affordable e-liquid easily accessible to the public.
VN Labs Liquid Mixing...
We manufacture all branded e-liquids on-site in Manchester, using pharmaceutical-grade ingredients and a strict quality control policy. Our flavours are developed in-house by a team of vaping specialists, before our on-site chemist mixes and tests each batch to ensure the correct ratios of PG, VG and nicotine are contained within each bottle. Once a recipe has been perfected and a batch of e-liquid mixed, the product is moved into the next part of our clean room facility – the bottling lines.
VN Labs Liquid Bottling...
Using our nine state-of-the-art bottling lines, VN Labs are able to produce fully bottled, packed and boxed e-liquid bottles which meet the latest government standards. Currently VN Labs bottle over 250,000 bottles per day, but our existing setup gives us the capacity to increase production a further 50%. With this facility at our disposal, we are able to produce huge quantities of branded e-liquids for the KiK and 88vape ranges, along with private label bottles for customers looking to move into this growing market.
