It is your right to remain anonymous if you wish to do so.
When leaving information please ensure it is as clear and concise as possible.
If you wish to leave your name and contact details in order for us to keep you up to date with the progress of any investigation, please do so.
We take all issues raised very seriously.
If you are an employee and wish to raise a grievance, please do so by following the grievance procedure outlined in the employee handbook or by contacting your line manager or the HR department directly.
